Presentation

Our team is multidisciplinary and has great expertise in chemobiology of biomolecules. We are interested in the design and study of natural and chemically modified peptides, lipids and proteins through the development of chemobiological approaches to analyze their interactions with cellular partners or targets. A better understanding of the interactions of these compounds at the molecular level and their mode(s) of action aims to develop, in the longer term, molecules with therapeutic aims with, for example, enhanced vectorization and/or interaction and inhibition properties. It combines skills in organic synthesis chemistry, peptide synthesis and nanomaterial synthesis, biophysics, biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, cell culture and mass spectrometry. Our research activities are structured around different axes detailed below.
